I was one of the first people to stay in it and they hadn't yet worked out the bugs. I did mention the noise and they said they were going to put another door or something to buffer sound. I don't know if they did. Large bedroom, bathroom and an attached workspace that overlooks the grounds. It's just off the kitchen which could be a plus or minus.
